    Not happy with delivery time

Hello. Sorry for being late. Please note that shipping to Australia may vary due to various factors beyond our control. In addition, for these cases we offer shipping via download, so you can access the content while you wait for the package.

    Why use UPS?

When I saw that it was coming via UPS I expected an expedited delivery. Well, the package spent a month in California. When it did get delivered it was with Canada Post. Why use UPS, and not USPS? The disks were good. I have since ordered five more audiobook collections. Now I wait.
